Operations Manager

The Hotel is an established 3 star Branded hotel with 42 bedrooms, 2 function rooms and a restaurant. The establishment is ideally set in the heart of West Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate should posses at least 3 years experience in a similar role within a 3, 4 or 5 star establishment. (Experience may be reduced should the candidate have attained a related higher education certificate.)

The position involves:

Working alongside the various head of departments to ensure the day to day smooth running of the hotel operations.
Responsible for ongoing staff development within the company as well as keeping up to date with all the associated health and safety aspects.
Promoting sales within the hotel both internally and externally.
Working to budgets as set out by the General Manager.
The operations manager will report directly to the General Manager.
Excellent opportunity and career prospects for an Operation’s Manager looking for a varied and challenging role.
Working Knowledge of IT preferred.
