Operations Manager
The Hotel is an established 3 star Branded hotel with 42 bedrooms, 2 function rooms and a restaurant. The establishment is ideally set in the heart of West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate should posses at least 3 years experience in a similar role within a 3, 4 or 5 star establishment. (Experience may be reduced should the candidate have attained a related higher education certificate.)
The position involves:
- Working alongside the various head of departments to ensure the day to day smooth running of the hotel operations.
- Responsible for ongoing staff development within the company as well as keeping up to date with all the associated health and safety aspects.
- Promoting sales within the hotel both internally and externally.
- Working to budgets as set out by the General Manager.
- The operations manager will report directly to the General Manager.
- Excellent opportunity and career prospects for an Operation’s Manager looking for a varied and challenging role.
- Working Knowledge of IT preferred.
