DJ Hire
We would be delighted to assist in booking a disco or any other form of entertainment. Should you wish to provide your own DJ or Entertainment you must provide us with a copy of their Public Liability Insurance. All electrical equipment must be pact tested and certified to comply with the 16th Edition of the Electrical Regulations.
The Bar license runs until 12.30am and the DJ must always Finish at 1.00am prompt. We recommend that you choose our DJ as not all Systems are compatible with our PA system and Lighting
Questions & Answers
When is the best time to book my Wedding?
As soon as you have a definite date, especially for a Saturday between April & September.
How do I confirm my booking?
A deposit of £500.00 is required (non refundable) to secure your date, and the Terms & Conditions need to be signed.
What happens after that?
You will receive confirmation by email or in writing
(your choice) within seven days. When you've ascertained
your final numbers please contact Sue Barnes – General
Manager, this should be no later than two weeks prior to your
event, at which we will also need your Civil Ceremony Music
CD if you are getting married at the Hotel.
When may I bring my cake & favours?
You can bring everything the day before your Wedding (name cards, cake, table plan and favours etc). Please ask your florist to deliver your flowers on the morning of your Wedding.
How will I set-up my tables in the day & evening?
We will discuss your table plan when booking, but we will also help you in more detail once we have received your final numbers (no later than 2 weeks prior to your date)
Who will announce the speeches on the day?
A member of Hotel Management will be the Master of Ceremonies on the day.
